TANK CLEANING

 We offer thorough cleaning services for ISO tank containers and road tankers. Using high-pressure cleaning and foodgrade detergents, we ensure containers are completely clean and safe for transporting the next product. Our focus includes making sure they are dry, odor-free, and free from contaminants.

The integrated Quality and Safety management system has been assessed against SQAS Attestation (Safety and Quality Assessment for Sustainability) Tank Cleaning requirements with one of the highest scores in Europe at 95%. With this result, Moerdijk depot has become part of the best 10% of Europe’s tank cleaning stations.

CARGO HEATING

• 23 heating bays (steam/ electric/ hot water)

We possess extensive expertise in the careful and secure heating of cargo within ISO tank containers and road tankers employing either steam or hot water methods.

We perform pneumatic testing every 2.5 years to ensure tank containers are airtight, and hydrostatic testing every 5 years.

In addition to regulatory testing, we also carry out our own routine maintenance tests between every load, after our thorough cleaning process. Any irregularities observed during maintenance testing are resolved before the tank is put back into service. If this involves more than simple part replacement, the tank container is sent to the repair facility, where our own specialists can fix all kinds of issues, including repairing the internal lining of tank containers. Tank containers will only be returned to service once it successfully passes our testing and inspection.

Your tank containers are stored safely at our recently upgraded storage facility. It's conveniently located and provides space for 900 ISO tank containers, offering a practical and reliable storage solution.

CERTIFICATIONS

 Our depot is a member of the Association of Tank Cleaning the Netherlands (ATCN) and the European Federation of Tank Cleaning Organisations (EFTCO). Its high standards are recognised by SQAS certifications for tank cleaning and handling of foodgrade tank containers. We are also ISO-9001 certified.
